DALIAN: The weather across the country continues to turn cooler. From the perspective of eating habits and storage, millet is gradually entering the traditional peak sales season, but the improvement in demand this year is limited. There are two main reasons: first, the price of new rice continued to decline after the listing, the market risk was relatively high, and the willingness of traders to replenish goods was low. As of September 20, the new Xiaomi shipment price has fallen. Second, consumers’ grain storage is dominated by staple grains such as rice and flour, which to a large extent form a certain substitute for millet.
