Market players stated that the growing season is progressing normally for now and added that the harvest delay is still valid.

The fig market is calm as most companies are closed due to Ramadan Holiday. Raw material prices remained at 60 TL/kg levels. Also, the export price offers remained as last week.

Today, the Turkish Lira noted the Usd/TL rate at 14.81 TL (14.76 last week) and Euro/TL rate at 15.81 TL levels (15.86 last week).

Turkey exported 1713 mt of dried figs and figs products last week, which was 1112 mt during the same week of the previous year. The total exports range at 52.000 mt, being 53.956 mt total in the same period of the previous year.
