Finally, bids for a Korean Sesame tender of 15 thousand tons were announced. There was a buzz in the market with the announcement of sesame tender, especially since the sellers and buyers were happy with the tender’s consistent quantity.
Korea’s tender will open on February 24th, and the bidding will be accepted by February 23rd, 2022. The Whole Tender is of Regular Quality. Three delivery dates are announced.
- The first 3000 tons tender must be delivered to the Korean port by March 22nd.
- While the second tender of 6000 tons must be delivered by April 22nd at the Korean port.
- And the third tender of 6000 tons must be delivered to the Korean port by May 22nd.
China has a better chance of winning the March tender than India, as India’s summer crops are still in the field. According to the leading brokers and traders, the sesame seeds market was stable to strong, white and black sesame’s undertone was strong.
With the growing season in the sesame, the market is witnessing steady improvement. There were speculations among the brokers that the tender of Korea would be 15 thousand tons, and it is no surprise to them that the same tender has been announced.
