ODESA: Last year, as of August, every third sample exceeded the chlorpyrifos limits of 0.01 mg/kg. This limit was fixed by EU Commission Regulation 2020/1085 of 23 July 2020. And by the end of the season, the new EU limits were exceeded in rapeseed by about 15-20 % and oil about 20-25%. As of today, according to data from survey companies, the results do not exceed 0.01 mg/kg.

Actually, the active work of the grain market-leading players with their suppliers and farmers delivered the results. Market participants carried out an information campaign, shared recommendations and were informed about the latest changes.
