Recent data from the Spices Board indicates a significant uptick in exports, with an 8% increase in volume and an 11% rise in revenue during the first nine months from April to December 2023. Coriander led with a dramatic 170% increase in export volume, while fennel, garlic, and nutmeg-mace saw increases of 90%, 68%, and 34% respectively.
