Coriander market remained bearish around $0,15 to $0,20 per kg everywhere. Last week also the market remained bearish at about $0,75 per kg in NCDEX and $0,56 in spot. Due to the weak buying market witnessed a crash.
This week in two days the arrivals in the mandis of Gujarat have increased significantly. In Rajasthan’s Baran Mandi, about 500-700 sacks of coriander were reported to have arrived.
Deals are very less in coriander. As per current scenario traders expect some improvement in the market. Experts suggest, there is no possibility of further downtrend in coriander as of now.
Though, movements are expected to take place, but there is no hope that it would speed up a lot. Earlier week also it was so slow. Coriander is not expected to pick up in the spot markets in the coming week.
The Coriander seeds prices were Recorded at $1,56 per kg FOB.
