Inner Mongolia: New buckwheat has been harvested in Chifeng, Shanxi, Gansu, and other producing areas in Inner Mongolia, and a small amount has been circulated on the market.
The new grain harvesting progress in Guyang and Wuchuan is nearing completion, and the purchase price of grain merchants refers to 2.50 yuan/kg, net grain, moisture content within 16%. In the early stage of listing, downstream demand started slowly, and the price dropped slightly compared to the open scale price.
This week, the exporters received a significant increase in inquiries, but the transaction volume did not improve significantly. The exporters predict that the export market will usher in a peak sales season in mid-October. If there is a phased centralized procurement, it can form favourable support for the new grain price. The current export standard price is 1.180-1.210 US dollars per ton.
