Malaysia increases palm oil exports in November

About 1.254 million tons of palm oil were sold from Malaysia to foreign markets from 1 to 25 November 2021, reports Reuters, citing estimates of experts AmSpec Agri Malaysia. Compared to the same period last month, export figures of the product increased by 4.45% – from 1.201 million tons.

It is noted that shipments of palm olein in the period decreased to 292.45 thousand tons against 356.8 thousand tons a month earlier, refined oil – to 42.8 (70) thousand tons.

Experts also note that in the reporting period, traders have increased shipments of crude palm oil (CPO) from 305.3 thousand tons (October 1-25) to 483.89 thousand tons; stearin to 105.01 (76.4) thousand tons; and palm kernel oil to 51.1 (16.7) thousand tons.

Recall that the stock of Malaysian palm oil, according to analysts OilWorld (Germany), was fixed at 1.83 million tons by the end of October. The current figure increased by 4.4% compared to the previous month (1.75 million tons) and 16.6% by October 2020. (1.57 million tons).
