The list of products included in the scope of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry’s authority to make periodic arrangements in exports was expanded by adding some more products.
The ministry has restricted the export of rice, wheat and corn flour, corn semolina, wheat semolina, ashura wheat, soybean oil, sunflower seed oil, and corn against the supply shortage that may occur due to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. In addition to the flour and oil listed above, bovine and ovine meat were also added to the list.
Within the scope of the authority given to the Ministry on January 27, in the list, there were; potatoes, tomatoes, onions, dried garlic, apples, gherkins, beans, olives, green peppers, eggplant, red lentils, oranges, tangerines, lemons, watermelon, dried beans, olives, olive oil, chicken, eggs, and butter.
