Although the export volume has increased compared with last year, the total volume is still small. Japan’s domestic demand for buckwheat has decreased, China’s export orders are insufficient, and external demand is weak. From the domestic demand perspective, the price of sweet buckwheat rice noodles is high, and the terminal has a conflicted attitude. The processing plant has limited new orders, and the weekly startup is 3-4 days, about 3 days less than the peak season.
According to the research of Zhuochuang Information, the raw grain inventory of medium and large rice factories is about 500 tons, the inventory of small rice factories is about 200 tons, and reasonable stocks are maintained according to their own conditions. In the second half of March, the consumption of raw grain shrank compared with that in the middle and early days. Inventory was mainly consumed, and the enthusiasm for replenishment decreased.
