“Transit importation to Poland is resumed in the presence of a T1 declaration with the use of the SENT system, which allows tracking the movement of cargo through the territory of Poland, and cargo seals,” said M. Solskyy.
In addition, cargo will move through the territory of Poland accompanied by employees of the country’s customs authorities. The issue of rail transit with overloading from broad-gauge wagons (for gauge 1520 mm) to narrow-gauge (for gauge 1435 mm) still remains open.
