DALIAN: According to customs statistics, Chinese black kidney bean exports in August were 238.8 tonnes. Exports decreased by 52.12% year-on-year, and the price increased by 6.2% year-on-year. The export area is mainly concentrated in the northeastern producing areas and Tianjin region, accounting for 75.4%. The new season of black beans is expected to be harvested in early October.
Also, organic black bean export quantity is decreased, the price is running steadily and is expected to be stable price for new goods. However, the price may be affected by demand and traders’ mentality.
