In the off-season, the operating rate of manufacturers is low, and the consumption of raw grain is shrinking. A small amount of inventory is mainly consumed, and some production is suspended until autumn starts. The grassroots grain sources have been wiped out, and some of them have been sold out. Most grain merchants have stopped receiving them. There are few market purchases and sales, individual quotations are for reference only. Short-term domestic buckwheat prices may be adjusted slightly.
