The operating rate of rice mills is low, and the amount of raw grain is insufficient. The logistics conditions in Tongyu and Chifeng have been improved, which is conducive to the circulation of local goods. The contradiction between supply and demand in the market still exists. Before the spring sowing, if farmers and grain merchants are more motivated to ship goods, the price of grain may fall back.
