Manufacturers have insufficient new orders, intermittent startups are typical, and some production stops when there are no orders. In the first ten days of June, the average operating rate of rice factories nationwide was about 3.80%, down 0.7 percentage points from the same period last month. The raw grain consumption of the rice factory is insufficient, and the enthusiasm for replenishment is poor.
