DALIAN: Organic Hulled Millet was in the traditional peak season for sales in October, and the weather continued to turn cooler. From the perspective of eating habits and storage, it is conducive to the recovery of terminal demand. All varieties of new Millet are concentrated on the market, the rice mills are more flexible in the procurement of organic raw grains, and the operating rate has rebounded significantly.
According to a survey conducted by Zhuochuang Information, the average operating rate of organic millet rice plants nationwide in October was 57.67%, an increase of 50.89 percentage points from September, but a decrease of 7.33 percentage points from the same period last year. The main reason is that the price of rice rose significantly in the same period the previous year. Organic millet wholesalers are actively hoarding goods, and this year they are rationally replenishing goods on demand.
