Sunflower seeds in Inner Mongolia have not yet been on the market, and there is little left in old stock. The price of new products after the listing is higher than the same period last year. However, because the current prices are not stable, traders do not purchase in large quantities. Market participants predict that the cost of new products in Inner Mongolia will fall after they are launched in October. This week, the exporter’s export standard reference quotation is FOB DALIAN for confectionary-grade kernels or Tianjin 1.550 USD per ton, and FOB TIANJIN or DALIAN for bakery-grade seeds 1.520 USD per ton. Recently, exporters have gradually increased their inquiries for new products, mainly from the United States, Germany, the Netherlands, the Middle East, and Southeast Asian markets.
