TIANJIN: According to feedback from exporters, the export market of sunflower seeds and export orders has been stable in the past two weeks. Due to the abundant supply of goods in the producing areas, exporters have increased production, and the best time to export is before the arrival of summer. As the domestic trade market gradually entered the off-season, the market price dropped slightly compared with before the Spring Festival.
The Middle East market accounts for 63%-69% of exports. Importers from Egypt, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Iran, Turkey and other countries reported that shipping has significantly increased import costs, and they hope to reduce shipping and further expand their purchases.
This week, the standard sunflower seeds are 361 grains; the number of grains is 180-190pcs/50g. The export price is 1.260-1.290 US dollars/ton, and the count 190-200PCS/50G price is 1.240-1.270 US dollars/ton. Continue to monitor market changes.
