European and Asian countries remained primary buyers of Ukrainian oilseeds and vegetable oils in 2023. The European Union accounted for about 70% of total oilseed purchases from Ukraine.

Sunflower oil retained its status as the primary export product from Ukraine, with significant shifts observed in the ranking of primary buyers.
