DALIAN: In most production areas, 50-60% of the grain sources are at the grassroots level, and there is an appropriate amount of inventory in the intermediate links. The market supply is abundant. Terminal millet demand is weak, wholesalers are slow to sell goods, and sporadic purchases have no impact on the market. The new export orders of rice mills are insufficient. The intermittent start-up phenomenon is common. The amount of raw grain is limited, and a small amount of inventory is maintained.

Grain resources at the grassroots level are sufficient. Farmers purchase agricultural materials before spring sowing, and their attitude towards grain sales tends to be positive. Some grain merchants have a moderate inventory, most of them are high-priced sources in the early stage, and their enthusiasm for shipments has increased. The profits of the grain merchants who hold the goods are obviously damaged, and they are concerned about whether there is a behavior of suppressing the goods after the grain price falls to a low level later. The rice mills operate cautiously, mainly consume a small amount of inventory for raw grains, and have poor enthusiasm for replenishment.
