Yunnan: According to feedback from market participants and the production area of large white kidney beans, new crop is expected to be collected in mid-November. Individual traders have a small amount of old crops, but the price is too high to sell. New production is predicted to be higher than last year, about 10% more.
It is difficult for foreign large white kidney beans to enter the Chinese market and the new crop bean prices continue to run high, especially organic large white kidney bean prices are predicted to break through 3,000 U.S. dollars per tonne.
