Spread the news!

AP Moller-Maersk has entered into an agreement to sell its logistics assets in Russia – in St. Petersburg and Novorossiysk to IG Finance Development Limited. The sale of the two assets follows the company’s decision in March 2022 to cease operations in Russia.

The inland warehouse in Novorossiysk is a 28,750 sq m facility with a capacity of 1,500 TEU containers and specializes in handling commercial cargo, such as grain, from rail cars to sea containers. A 23,500 sqm chilled and frozen products warehouse in St. Petersburg was opened in 2020.
