DALIAN: Exporters reported that the stock-holding behaviour in October caused a backlog of raw grains in the current producing areas and excess stocks. In winter, domestic organic buckwheat demand is weak, port export orders are not falling, and insufficient stamina.
The output of processing plants has fallen, raw grains mainly consume inventory, and their purchasing power has fallen. In October and November, Russian buckwheat entered the Chinese market one after another, impacting the price of domestic organic buckwheat kernels. Trading entities are operating more cautiously. The domestic organic buckwheat prices will show a downward trend.
