The hot weather caused the domestic market to remain sluggish, some production was suspended and the consumption of raw grain shrank. The overall growth of buckwheat in the new season is good. The planting area in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia, decreased by about 30% year-on-year, and the area of other productions increased slightly by about 20%.
