After two consecutive weeks of incremental purchases in the terminal market, this week will gradually enter the buffer phase, and the current prices will gradually stabilize. The soybean planting area in the production area has fallen sharply compared with last year. During the soybean growth period, droughts and floods are uneven in various regions. Some hillsides and parts of the east will reduce production due to drought. However, the extent of the reduction is still uncertain.
Nearly one month before the launch of the new season soybeans, some entities holding high-grade soybean sources believe that the current price is no big problem. Even if Hubei Xindou goes on the market, the regions south of the Yangtze River tend to purchase Hubei beans, while the northwest and northern regions will continue to choose the source of northeastern beans.
