DALIAN: Last week, a private exporter reported to the US Department of Agriculture that it exported 132,000 tons of soybeans to China and 198,000 tons of soybeans to unknown destinations, both of which were shipped in 2021/2022. Recently, Chinese soybean importers are launching large-scale purchases of US soybeans, bringing support to the US soybean market.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s reduction in U.S. soybean production has brought support to the market, and the wide range of U.S. soybeans has continued to fluctuate. The domestic soybean market continued the trend of strong oil and weak meal. Imported soybeans impacted domestic organic soybeans, and prices remained stable this week. Soybean futures fell sharply again under selling pressure.
