DALIAN – In the last week of June, the domestic organic soybean price remained stable and with weak sales volumes.
The domestic sales price of organic soybeans in Northeast China is USD 1,04 – USD 1,06/kg, and the price of organic soybeans in South China is USD 1,05 – USD 1,07/kg. The price of export standard organic soybeans is FOB DALIAN USD 1.080/mt.
In terms of supply, the market research shows that the supply of goods from the hands of farmers in Northeast China is gradually decreasing. Some traders in the North of China are more willing to buy recently. They put the goods directly into their warehouse without having big order volumes from their customers. Most small traders buy cautiously. The wait-and-see mentality is predominant because the shipment pressure is greater for them.
In South China, the soybean surplus is less. Farmers’ and traders’ selling enthusiasm is not high. They focus mainly on trading wheat. The market demand in the selling areas is in the slack season, and the merchants are cautious in purchasing. As the market in the producing area is running weakly, the merchants have a strong wait-and-see mentality.
