DALIAN – Market participants reported that producers and exporters’ current red kidney beans inventories are coming to an end. Some exporters have severely insufficient stocks and have no plans to replenish their inventory. They can only accept LCL orders. According to market feedback this week, the market inventory accounts for approximately 11%. Due to the small inventory, there is no financial pressure.
The export standard price this week is USD 1.580 – 1.610 per ton. Manufacturers mainly clear their inventory. The standard ex-factory price for domestic trade is USD 1.450 per ton. Traders predict that the market will not improve significantly before the arrival of the new crop of red kidney beans.
