In Russia, there is a propose for a year (from September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023) to allow the export of rapeseed from the Far East, as well as from Kaliningrad. Such an initiative was made by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
The corresponding draft government decree, prepared by the department, is published on the federal portal of draft regulatory legal acts.
Thus, an official document of the Ministry of Agriculture provides a list of checkpoints through which rapeseed can be exported: these are, in particular, railway checkpoints (including Zabaikalsk, Khasan), automobile checkpoints on the Russian-Chinese section of the border, mixed (including Blagoveshchensk), river (Khabarovsk) and marine (Kaliningrad, Vanino, Vladivostok, Okhotsk, etc.).
Recall that now in Russia there is a ban on the export of oilseeds abroad in order to meet the needs for raw materials of processing enterprises and the livestock industry – this measure will end on August 31.
Earlier , the Ministry of Agriculture also proposed extending the export duty on rapeseed for a year and making the duty on selling soybeans to foreign markets permanent.
