It is around 3600 USD/mt and easy to collect from farmers. Exporters think the main reason is the current market price which is too high for most customers, so the demand is much smaller than expected before. The increasing sea freight cost and currency are pushing prices higher and higher.
For Chinese suppliers, most of them lack AA grade orders, so it will be limited to get A grade at all. We see the A grade price (3500 USD/mt) is very close to the AA grade now, and it is about the same as the mix grade price (50%AA/50%A).
Last years’ market developments have shown that the arrival of summer may hurt demand and prices.
