DALIAN: In the first ten days of April, the average operating rate of rice factories nationwide was about 3.8%, 1.2 percentage points down from the same period in March and 0.35 percentage points from the same period last year. The main reasons are:
- Organic millet is in the traditional off-season of sales, wholesalers sell goods sporadically, and the enthusiasm for replenishment is poor.
- Due to the limitation of logistics conditions, vehicles in some areas are difficult to enter the wholesale market, and wholesalers are hindered in replenishment.
- It is challenging to deliver millet in Tongliao, Tongyu, Jianping, Taiyuan and other regions, and some rice factories have stopped production in stages.
Before the end of April, the deposit may fall back. The logistics situation has become an uncertain factor affecting the price. Before the free circulation of goods in the production area, there is little room for the decline of the grain price, and the market risk will increase after the logistic recovery.
