BEIJING: According to market participants, the current high temperature in summer, the sunflower seed market continues to be sluggish, port export orders are decreasing, exporters and manufacturers produce on-demand, there is no plan to replenish inventory before new goods come down, waiting for new goods to be launched in October.
The domestic market demand is weak, and orders lack continuity. In summer, orders for food factories decreased, mainly in the wholesale market. The export standard is quoted at US$1240 per ton this week.
