At present, the arrival of new goods is getting 4000 / 4200 bags daily and due to the cessation of the arrival of old goods in the country, the gross achievement of goods has come down. After falling by 0,12$ per kg from the last price level, it has become a little stronger. Experts state at present it is good time to buy goods, at these levels, as due to heating, grains are coming out very lightly in Jodhpur, Barmer, Jaisalmer lines, due to which the productivity per hectare is being effected. Although cumin Experts are saying that the production is 40 percent less, but in Jodhpur, J aisalmer, Barmer, Merta line of Rajasthan, cumin seeds production is good due to the late rains, but due to the shortage of goods, Cumin is being sold at good prices, it can reach to $3,71 per kg in domestic markets at some point. The main reason for the increase in cumin in the last few days is because of high rise in Turkey and Syria.
The prices of cumin in the international markets had increased significantly, due to the export of Indian cumin seeds. Good quality cumin seeds have been exported in abundance, due to the war between Ukraine and Russia, there has been a huge shortage of cumin in the international markets. Prices are very high in Turkey, production has also decreased in Syria, due to which export deals are being done continuously to all major importing countries by India.
