ODESA: Ukrainian wheat export continues frantic pace and supports price increasing trend the whole autumn.
Purchasing prices in ports for milling wheat rose again to 9400-9600 UAH/t or 320-325 $/t against the background of high export demand and problems with delivery due to lack of railway wagons and high cost of road transport.
Producers expect lower transport prices and are ready to boost sales amid high wheat prices, although some expect them to rise further due to the poor condition of winter crops.
This week’s rainfall will stop corn harvesting for a while, increasing the number of vehicles for port deliveries.
