The decree sets the total fertiliser export quota for the next six months at 16.95 million tonnes, including: nitrogen fertilizers (urea, urea-ammonium mixture, ammonium nitrate) – 9.81 million tonnes, complex fertilizers – 7.14 million tonnes.

Russia introduced temporary quantitative restrictions on fertilizer exports in May this year with a total export quota of 16.3 million tonnes for six months.
