Brazil: Foreign media news on December 22: The Brazilian Association of Grain Exporters (ANEC) stated that Brazil’s soybean exports in December 2021 might reach 2.77 million tons, which is 33,995 tons less than the estimated value a week ago, but compared to December 2020. The export volume of 161,024 tons increased by 17 times.
Brazil: Foreign media news on December 22: The Brazilian Association of Grain Exporters (ANEC) stated that Brazil’s soybean exports in December 2021 might reach 2.77 million tons, which is 33,995 tons less than the estimated value a week ago, but compared to December 2020. The export volume of 161,024 tons increased by 17 times.
The reason for the huge soybean exports in December this year is that the soybean output harvested at the beginning of this year set a record high, and the supply of new soybeans in 2021/22 is expected to be sufficient. If exports in December meet expectations, Brazil’s soybean exports in 2021 will reach a record 86.87 million tons, higher than the 82.3 million tons in 2020.
