Dalian: In mid-late February, the overall grain prices in producing areas were weak, as of February 28, the cumulative decline of 2.04%. The main reasons are as follows: first, after the twentieth day of the first lunar month (February 10), a few farmers intend to ship goods, and the volume of the basic level slightly increased. Second, in the first ten days of February, the downstream rice factory had small replenishment, and the late demand was significantly reduced.
