Chinese Organic Hulled Millet: Market downturn, increasing pressure on inventory

DALIAN: The organic millet market is insufficient supply. With the delay of time, the enthusiasm of the holders to ship goods increased due to the pressure of capital and warehouse. However, downstream demand is weak, grain merchants are slow to deliver goods, and market purchases and sales are deadlocked.

In the short term, if there is no improvement in downstream demand, local grain prices may fall under pressure, and if there is a periodic replenishment around the middle of the year, it can form favourable support for prices. Supermarkets and high-end speciality stores mainly dominate the domestic market, decreasing demand.
