Dried Figs: Normal course in the markets AYDIN: The normal course continues in the markets.

Market players stated that there is no abnormal situation in the new season developments. The weather is still cool, especially at night.
Raw material prices remained at 60 TL/kg levels. The raw material is no longer available; only products in exporters’ warehouses remain. Also, the export price offers remained as last week; however, this could change within the following days due to the fluctuations in the Turkish Lira according to the market players.
Today, the Turkish Lira noted the Usd/TL rate at 15.08 TL (14.81 last week) and Euro/TL rate at 15.92 TL levels (15.81 last week).

Turkey exported only 451 mt of dried figs and figs products last week due to the Ramadan Holiday, which was 1131 mt during the same week of the previous year. The total exports range at 52.450 mt, being 55.087 mt total in the same period of the previous year.
