Current Scenario
Red chilies rose by $0,06/0,13 to $ 2,55 per kg last week due to increased stockist buying at reduced prices. Guntur had a recession of $0,06; about one lakh sacks arrived in Guntur Marketing yards.
Stockists’ buying remained sluggish at the increased price in the middle of the week. Due to the weak buying at the increased price market witnessed slow movements and the price remained at the previous day’s level.
The market witnessed mix trend.
Future Expectations
Red chilies are likely to remain strong in five to seven days. Overall fundamentals are strong, and the market can witness bullish trends due to increasing buying activities.
