Slowdown may stop
In the coming six-seven days, there may be a break in the bearishness of turmeric. Due to lower selling and dilution, Turmeric from Erode, Nizamabad, and Gatha declined by $0,13 to $ 1,15 per kg. Recently there has been a similar slowdown in this. On the other hand, active futures fell by 1,78 percent or $2,02 per kg due to the selling by speculators. In the coming week, the bearish of turmeric in the spot may stop.
Not expected to improve
Turmeric remained frozen at the previous level of $1,15 per kg as buying remained sluggish even at the reduced price. This week, there was two days of holiday in markets, and movement is slow due to the financial year-end. Turmeric is not expected to improve in the spot market by the following week.
