Organic adzuki beans become scarce in China

DALIAN – Market actors report that Chinese domestic organic adzuki beans stocks are empty at most production areas.

Northern Shaanxi and Northern Jiangsu report almost no stocks left. At this stage, there is just a small number of merchants with stocks. Most of the bean merchants have been cleared warehouse stocks waiting for new crop beans.

There are still some beans left at some wholesalers in Heilongjiang province. In Qiqihar Yian producing area are still traders with stocks from dozens of tons to hundreds of tons available.

Market research shows no appreciable increase in prices this week. The price of FOB Dalian is stable at $2510 per ton.
