DALIAN: According to customs statistics, in September 2021, China’s organic black kidney beans (including black soybeans) exported 332.86 tons, a decrease of 223.97 tons compared with August, an increase of 40.22% month-on-month; a year-on-year decrease of 64.16 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 16.16%. From January to September, the cumulative export volume of China’s organic black kidney beans was 4,701.28 tons, a year-on-year increase of 2.00%. The cultivation of black soybeans in China decreases year by year.
The top three export sources from January to September 2021 are Japan, Taiwan, and the Philippines. Japan ranked first, with an export volume of 2.723 tons, an increase of 25.44% year-on-year; the second was Taiwan, China, with an export volume of 724.43 tons, an increase of 29.41% year-on-year; the third was the Philippines, with an export volume of 308.20 tons, a year-on-year increase in export volume. The increase was 23.28%.
