Summer is the off-season for export, and changes in arrival quantity and delivery price will directly affect the price fluctuation of domestic organic buckwheat. In the short term, the price of domestic buckwheat is high and firm, and we are concerned about the changes in rainfall in the production area and the new buckwheat planting area.
