DALIAN: Manufacturers and exporters in Inner Mongolia, Dalian, and Tianjin reported that the export of organic buckwheat kernels was in a period of stagnation this week. Inquirers were all looking for prices, and there were no transactions.
The price was stable this week, and the export quotation was basically at US$1300-1330/ton. The domestic market was affected by the typhoon, the heavy rains continued in coastal cities, and the export market was also greatly affected. Flooding occurred in many places. Feedback from farmers in the production area shows that the buckwheat crop will be growing well in 2022, and there will be plenty of rain. There is no sign of a reduction in production.
