Organic Large White Kidney Bean: Market Downturn Prices Fall at China

Yunnan: According to market research feedback, before the Spring Festival, the domestic organic large white kidney bean market was sluggish, and the price fell. On the export side, shipping costs are too high and are in a downturn. The purchase price of raw grain is less than 2000 US dollars/ton, 45 grains / 100 grams. As the Spring Festival is approaching, manufacturers are cautious in purchasing to avoid overstocking and do not dare to stock up. Based on domestic trade standards, 45 grains/100g were quoted at $2,430 per ton. Exporters’ quotations are stable at present, and export orders have decreased compared with the same period last year. The current standard export price is US$2,460-2500/ton, FOB Tianjin. Importers report that prices remain too high, and procurement costs have increased significantly.
