Since the beginning of this month, prices for sunflower meals in the ports of Ukraine (CPT-port basis) have been gradually growing, as follows from APK-Inform analysts’ data.
Thus, according to experts, the growth in the cost of these products is observed due to the increased activity of export-oriented companies in the market as export routes are established by sea.
According to experts, by September 30, prices for sunflower meals in Ukraine are fixed at $160-185/t CPT-port, which is $35/t higher than the level of early September.
“Price growth was also facilitated by the revival of demand from importers, ” APK-Inform said.
