The price remained at $1,55 per kg. In other spot markets of Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh, the arrival has been less, but the price remained the same.
Based on the current situation, the future of coriander for August closed by $2,40 per kg and for September by $2,42 per kg.
According to market experts, the low demand, in contrast to increasing arrival, will keep the coriander market in limited volatility. Likely, the price won’t go up for the next five to seven days.
In Delhi, the Badami variant has decreased by $0,01 per kg and reached $1,65 per kg. The stockists’ lack of buying the spice puts pressure on the price of coriander.
Furthermore, the active futures declined by 1,13 percent or $1,71 to reach $ 11.750 due to weak positions by speculators. There is no possibility of any increase in coriander in the spot in the coming days.
