Market players reported that export price offers are the same as last week as there is not much activity in the raw material prices as there is no product available. The raw material prices slightly increased to 62-63 TL/kg levels with differences in quality product prices. Demands are weak, and markets are calm. Exporters expect that this will continue for a while. Exports remain under last year’s levels.
Today the Usd/TL rate was noted at 13.81 TL (13.62 last week) and Euro/TL rate at 15.51 TL levels (15.49 last week).
Turkey exported 669 mt of dried figs and figs products last week, which was 1503 mt during the same week of the previous year. The total exports range at 40.810 mt, being 42.672 mt in total in the same period last year.
