Export of India’s Organic Food Increased by 50% in 2020-21

India’s Export of organic food items rose by 51% by this year to USD 1 billion in 2020-21, reported by the Commerce Ministry of India.

The primary products which recorded strong development in trades incorporate oil cake feast, oilseeds, organic product pulps and purees, oats and millets, spices and toppings, tea, dry natural products, sugar, pulses, heartbeats, espresso, and fundamental oil.

India’s organic items have been sent out to 58 nations, including the USA, Europe, Canada, Great Britain, Australia, Switzerland, Israel, and South Korea. 

Domestic traders and exporters are expected to increase in the coming months as Indian Agriculture products, especially spices, are considered good for medicinal purposes and immune boosters. After the Pandemic, people are more aware of health and immunity boosters.
